End of Year EIM Concert

Dear EIM Musicians and Families,
I am excited to invite you to come see the end-of-year instrumental performance at McDonald International! The performance will take place during school hours, so please plan accordingly if you are able to come. If you are unable to attend in person, we will send out a link to a Teams Meeting to view remotely. A recording will be made available after the concert.
Date: Friday, June 9, 2023
Strings concert start time: Concert starts at 9:00 AM, and it will last around 15-20 min
Where: Scottie Café at McDonald International School. Doors open at 8:50 AM. Please try to arrive on time!
Student arrival: Drop off your student at school at the normal arrival time, 7:55 AM. Students need to check-in with their classroom teacher first and then head directly to the library to set up their instruments and tune with Mr. Matthews before rehearsal.
What to bring: Students should bring their instrument, extra reeds (Clarinets), music book, and any additional sheet music.
