    Technology Resources for Students and Families

    Please contact the Student Techline if you need help with technology issues. We have upgraded the call-in service to allow people to either wait on hold or leave a voice mail if your call is not answered right away. Our call and email volumes are much more manageable now so families will get helped very quickly.

    Please call 206-252-0100 or email laptops@seattleschools.org. If Techline staff cannot resolve a family issue, they will then refer you to a Resource Center for in-person help. Volumes at the Resource Centers are lower now, so wait times are generally not long.
