Thank You & Happy Summer from the PTA

As the school year comes to a close, the PTA wants to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the amazing community members who gave their time, energy, and creativity to support our students, teachers, and school.

Thank you to our PTA Board, Room Parents, Advocacy Team, News & Communications volunteers, Intern Committee, Building Leadership Team, Event leads, DEI Committee, After School Enrichment volunteers, in-class volunteers, chaperones, and the many other parent and community volunteers for helping with events and school activities to make our kids’ time at McDonald special. However you pitched in this year, your contributions helped build this amazing community and enrich our students’ education. Thank you.

Last but certainly not least, it is hard to express how grateful we are to all our wonderful teachers and staff. Kudos to a great year!

We wish all our families and staff a joyful, restful, and fun-filled summer. We bid a fond farewell to our 5th graders and families moving on from their time at McDonald. See everyone else in September!

Demolition is underway and we are so excited! We are looking forward to trying out the new one in August.
